Summer salads
It is still summer and we want to make the most of the wonders of nature. Summer salads are plentiful on our menu, full of vitamins, charge our batteries and maintain our health. I propose a few combinations of vegetables, to diversify the menu. These summer salads will help us to be healthy, to have a perfect complexion but also a silhouette as we want.
Cucumbers and tomatoes
Mix cucumber slices with tomatoslices : put four tablespoons of ground walnut on top. It is one of our favorite summer salads, very tasty, nutritious and moisturizing.
Fresh cabbage salad
Mix 100 g of fresh cabbage cut with four tablespoons of grapefruitjuice , one tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cumin. Raw cabbage is a huge pool of substances beneficial to the body. Raw cabbage makes us long-lived!
Peas and tomatoes
Mix 50 g fresh peas with 120 g crushed tomatoes and two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Put on top of the chopped parsley and chives. Of your choice, for a nice look but without neglecting the extraordinary qualities, we place the salad on a bed of asparagus, pulled to the pan with a little butter.
Peas and carrots
Scrape a carrot and mix with 50 g of peas, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a tablespoon of raspberry juice or currants and half a chopped onion. It’s delicious!
Carrot with chives
Mix 100 g of grated carrots with 30 g of shredded chives, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and put on top of a few thin slices of cucumber, sesame seeds and a few parsleyleaves.
Salad for blood cleansing
Summer salads for health. Scrape 50 g of beetroot and 50 g of carrots and 50 g of chopped cabbage. Add a tablespoon and a half of olive oil and a tablespoon and a half of honey. Mix everything well and put a cup of baca or redcurrants on top. It’s one of the summer and autumn salads that it’s good to try! It brings us countless health benefits.
Cabbage with cumin
Finely chop 100 g of cabbage, add a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cumin.
Tomatoes with carrot and ground walnuts or biscuits
Crush 100 g of tomatoes and mix with 100 g of grated carrot, 30 g of parsley and 50 g of ground walnuts or biscuits. Add a tablespoon and a half of olive oil and stir again.
Green bean salad
We remove the fibers from 60 g of young and soft pods and cut them finely. Add 50 g of lettuce cut into large pieces and two tablespoons of sunflower oil. A teaspoon of honey can also be added to taste.
Pumpkin salad
Summer and autumn salads. We shave a carrot, 50 g of pumpkin and 25 g of celery. Add 25 g of shredded chives or red onions and ground nuts. Have a good time!
