Recipe for cleaning kidneys with parsnips and celery
Kidney cleansing, begins with a proper diet. For kidney cleansing there are many natural recipes. I propose two simple recipes out of reach of anyone. Whatever recipe you choose, you should remove high-protein foods from your diet (liver, roasted and smoked meat, salted fish, meat soups).
It is good to eat more salads, fruits and wheat germs. You can use a little salt in salads to stimulate the kidneys. Avoid sweets, as it prevents the proper functioning of the kidneys.
We take 1 kg of parsnips and a pound of celery roots. We wash them, clean them and chop them. Put the pieces in a 4-5 litre pot, add 1 kg of honey (from the safe source) and 1 liter of boiled and cooled water.
Put the pot together with the ingredients over a low heat and mix with a wooden spoon. Bring to the boil, then cover with a lid and let cool. Put this mixture in the fridge for three days.
On the fourth day, add 1 liter of boiled water over the ingredients and heat over low heat until boiling point. Let it cool a little and then squeeze the contents out of the pot. We pour this syrup into bottles and keep them in a dark place. Take three tablespoons twice a day 15 minutes before meals until the syrup is finished.
Recipe for cleaning kidneys with currants
We take three tablespoons of young currant leaves, pour 0.5 liters of boiled water over them and set aside for 20 minutes. Squeeze the leaves and discard them. Heat the drink over a low heat until close to boiling point, add two tablespoons of fresh frozen or dried currants and set aside for three hours.
Drink with small sips throughout the day half a glass, along with the currants. This method can be used all year round, not only for the cleansing effect of the kidneys, but also as a rich source of vitamins.
