Gout, a genetic predisposition?
Gout is a metabolic disease that results from an excess of uric acid in the blood. Gout generally affects mature men, but also women to a lesser extent. Gout is inflammation of the bones and ligaments of the wrists, due to the formation of acidic crystals. This condition is similar to rheumatism. Gout is mainly caused by diets containing a lot of fatty meat, salt and alcohol and insufficient amounts of raw foods rich in active enzymes.
In general, there is a genetic predisposition for the “manufacturing” of an excess of uric acid. Present in excess in the body, uric acid precipitates and crystallizes in the joints (most often at the base of the big toe, but also at the ankles, knees, sometimes on the wrist and fingers of the hand). This causes live pain, so-called gout attacks, which can prevent us from having an active life.
In the absence of background treatment, the joints deform, then destroy after a few years of evolution. The accumulations of uric acid under the skin make the swelling (gutted) appear on the ear, tendons, soft tissues.
Gout can be improved with 3 juices
Carrot, beet and cucumber juice
This juice has strong alkalinizing properties, helping to restore the pH balance in the blood and tissues and to dissolve acidic crystals formed in the wrists. Prepare 0.5-1 liter of juice and drink over the course of a day (10 parts carrot juice, 3 parts beetroot, 3 parts cucumbers).
Parsley and carrot juice
This raw parsley juice promotes the metabolism of oxygen and stimulates the secretions of the adrenal glands, improving the discomfort created by gout. This parsley juice helps to regulate excessive acidity in the blood and tissues, the cause of gout. Mix 1 part parsley juice with 3 parts carrot juice. It consumes 0.5 liters of juice per day.
Celery juice and carrots
This juice is rich in organic elements such as sodium, iron, calcium and magnesium, regulates blood acidosis, dissolves inorganic calcium deposits in the wrists and provides the amount of organic calcium needed to heal the affected ligaments and bones. Mix in equal parts carrot juice and celery juice. It consumes 0.5-1 liters per day.
Beneficial foods to prevent gout
In general, fruits, vegetables and seeds are recommended for internal use, acting by massive elimination of uric acid and hate. Some of them are also used for external use, through local applications with anti-inflammatory effect. Gut patients should keep an exclusive cure with fresh fruits and vegetables for two weeks. During this period, they should not consume meat and roasts at all.
To prevent gout it is recommended to consume: gooseberries, cherries, cherries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries, lemons, oranges, apples, pears, watermelon, pigeons, grapes, raspberries. Vegetables such as: onions, pumpkin, green beans, horseradish juice, turnips, parsley, celery, leeks, lettuce, soy flour, nettles, garlic, cabbage. You can consume fruits and vegetables as such in compotes or soups.
Food contraindicated in gout
Foods contraindicated in gout are: fatty, purine-rich foods, especially pork, organs, especially liver, cooked spinach, cooked tomatoes, dried beans, alcohol, salt. It is good to avoid sausages and canned food.
Reflexotherapy helps fix gout problems
The gout crisis begins brutally at night, evolving into the day with great pain. The finger swells, turns red and warm. Accent joint pain when moving, joint deformities and local inflammatory signs make it a very serious metabolic disease. In addition to the low-calorie diet, it is recommended to have a more active lifestyle, through light exercise and walks in the park. Reflexotherapeutic massage helps a lot.
Emphasis will be placed on the massage of the adrenal areas for the purpose of cortisone release, kidney area, ureters, bladder, to accelerate the elimination of toxins from the body. In the case of gout, the reflex areas of the kidneys and ureters are very painful at palpation. After 5-7 days of intense massage the urine is colored ( it becomes chromatic ), which means that toxins in the body begin to be removed in large quantities.
We must work with our beliefs
Working with beliefs depends on the areas where gout is located in the body. For example, if it manifests itself in the knees, we need to work with beliefs associated with the inability to move forward.
The beliefs underlying gout are similar to those of arthritis: fear of moving forward, guilt, resentment and sadness. The pain caused by gout makes the person stubborn, so it’s possible that they argue with you no matter what you say.
Gut patients don’t want to change. They feel the need to be right all the time and take burdens too high for them. That’s why it’s good for gout sufferers to change their way of thinking in a positive way. Movement, nutrition, vitamin B supplements and especially positive thinking, are encouraging in this health issue.
