Special desserts with plums, apples and pears
The long-awaited weekend has arrived and I propose a few simple desserts with seasonal fruits. They’re so good that they’re sure everyone will want more, so we’ll serve thin slices at first to make sure that’s enough for everyone.
Apple and plum pudding

You probably didn’t even think that you could get a dessert so quickly and that plums are good for anything other than magium. Try this delicious and very healthy dessert.
Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 kg apples, 1/2 kg plums, juice of a lemon, 1 cup tos sugar, 1 teaspoon butter (for grease).
For the dough: 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 pack butter ( 100 g ), 1 tablespoon tos sugar, 1 beaten egg, 8 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons walnut core.
We heat the oven to the fourth step ( 180 degrees Celsius ). Butter a deep, heat-resistant pudding shape. We clean the apples from the shell and seeds, then cut them into slices. Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, then cut them into quarters. Put the apples with the lemon juice, sugar and a cup of water in a saucepan. We boil them, then cover with a lid and let them simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Pour the fruit into the shape of a pudding ready. Put the cinnamon and flour in a bowl, add the butter cut into pieces and knead by hand. Add the beaten egg and stir gently. Then add the milk and sugar (the ingredients can also be combined in the food processor). Place the dough over the fruit, sprinkle the nuts on top and put the apple and plum pudding in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When the dough is ripe, it becomes crispy and golden.
Dessert with apples and vanilla cream

It is a light, nutritious dessert and we can prepare it in 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients for 6 servings: 100 g oatmeal, barley or rye, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter.
For the filling: 7-8 medium apples, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon tos sugar, 3 tablespoons berry sauce, 400 g instant vanilla cream (to sachet ), or ideally it would be prepared in the house and 2 cups whipped cream.
Mix the oatmeal, cinnamon and sugar. Melt the butter in a pan and add the oatmeal mixture. Roast for 5 minutes stirring continuously, until the flakes become crunchy and brown. Put them in a bowl and let them cool.
We clean the apples from the shell and seeds and cut them into thick slices. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the apples and heat them over a high heat, turning them on all sides. Sprinkle the sugar over them and leave on the heat for another 2-3 minutes, until the apples have softened a little. Let it cool down.
We lay in layers apples and oatmeal, keeping a small amount of flakes for the end (you can use transparent cups for ice cream, or small bowls to place dessert ). Pour the berry sauce, then the vanilla cream (which we prepare before according to the instructions on the package) Beat the cream (I use the Meggle cream) until it hardens and we put it over the cream. Sprinkle the rest of the oatmeal. We can serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Dessert with apples and vanilla cream can even be served in the morning for breakfast.
Baked fruit dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings: 2 plums cut in half, 2 apples, 2 pears, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon tos sugar, grated peel from an orange, juice from 2 oranges, mascarpone cheese or vanilla ice cream.
We heat the oven to the fourth step ( 180 degrees Celsius ). Melt a tablespoon of butter in a heatproof dish. Mix in the bowl, 2 plums cut in half, 2 apples and 2 pears, peeled and cored and cut into quarters. Sprinkle over 1 tablespoon of tos sugar, grated zest from an orange, and orange juice. Put the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the fruit has softened and browned. Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve with mascarpone cheese or vanilla ice cream. I prefer vanilla ice cream!
Dessert with ripe apples and meringue

Ingredients for 4 servings: 2-3 marshmallows, 1 glass of raspberries, 2 tablespoons of crushed almonds, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 apples, 6 tablespoons of water.
Cut 2-3 marshmallows into small pieces and mix them with raspberries, almonds and honey. We clean the apples and cut them in half. Place the apples in a non-large dish that goes to the oven and add the meringue and raspberry mixture. Pour 6 tablespoons of water into the bowl. Place the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes at step III ( 160 degrees Celsius ) until the apples have softened. Leave 10 minutes to cool before serving.
Dessert with plums, chocolate and hazelnuts

The best cakes are those that you can serve, both for hot and cold dessert, for breakfast, along with a good coffee.
Ingredients for 8 slices: 1/2 cup hazelnuts, 1 cup flour, 1 packet butter cut into pieces, 1 cup tos sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 5 small pears, 1/2 tablet of bitter chocolate, broken into small pieces ( 50 grams ), 2 tablespoons apricot jam.
We heat the oven to the third step ( 160 degrees Celsius ). Grease with a tablespoon of butter the bottom of a round cake shape, 20 cm in diameter. We grind the hazelnuts finely in the kitchen robot (or give them through the grinder). Add the flour and stir a little. Add the remaining butter and mix well with your hand. Put the sugar, the eggs and stir again. We peel 2 pears, remove their spines and chop them finely. Mix the pears and chocolate with the rest of the composition.
We pour the mixture into shape. We clean the rest of the pears, cut them into slices and put them over the cake. Press them gently and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the cake has crusted. Leave the dessert with plums, chocolate and hazelnuts to cool for 10 minutes. We spread the jam all over the surface of the cake. We can serve it hot or cold.
