Mid-afternoon:Natural Botox. Prepare a juice according to the following recipe: 1 apple, 1 orange, 1/4 unpeeled avocado, 1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds, 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar, 4 tablespoons of natural skimmed yogurt and ice cubes for serving.
Dinner: Grilled salmon with broccoli, carrots, steamed asparagus and a baked sweet potato. Then we prepare a juice rich in fiber, zinc and vitamin A: 150 g pineapple, 75 g strawberries, 1/2 mango fruit, 5 tablespoons of natural skimmed yogurt, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil.
