Recipe – chocolate cake

I propose a recipe for chocolate cake with sour cherries. It is a special cake, simple and very tasty for everyone’s birthdays. This chocolate cake is prepared in about 50 minutes. The recipe is for 8-10 servings.

Ingredients: 1 cocoa countertop (ready prepared), 2 tablets of dark chocolate (70% cocoa) broken into pieces, 200 ml liquid cream, 1 cup sour cherries, pitted, 1 glass of cherry liqueur, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, for decoration.

Preparation mode: cut the countertop in half, horizontally, using a wide knife. We’re sipping the two halves of the countertop with the cherry liqueur. Leave it aside for 10 minutes. Put the liquid cream together with the sugar on the heat and let it boil. We put it away and while it’s hot we add the chocolate. Stir until melted and leave to cool.

We put the cherry on the entire surface of a countertop, pour half the cream, add the other countertop and put everything in the rest of the cream. We powder the cake with cocoa and serve it cold from the fridge. Have a good time!
