Chicken curry recipe with rice

Ingredients for chicken curry with rice (4 servings):
1/2 ginger root once per grater, 1 garlic clove, 1 chopped onion, 4 skinless chicken skins, cut cubes, one teaspoon garam masala, 1 glass water, 1/2 cup skimmed yogurt, 2 tablespoons almonds,sliced almonds for serving, coriander leaves, boiled rice, naan bread for serving, salt,pepper.
In a pan of Oil-free Teflon, ginger, garlic and onion. Put the chicken and leave for 5 minutes, until slightly brown. Add the spoon of garam masala and leave for another minute.

Pour in the water and leave on a low heat for another 10 minutes until the chicken is well done. Mix the yogurt with the almonds. We take the saucepan off the heat and add the almond yogurt over the chicken. Sprinkle the sliced almonds, coriander and serve with a handful of rice and possibly 1/2 naan bread.
