Recipe of chocolate and cherry muffins

I propose a simple recipe of chocolate and cherry muffins, ideal for breakfast or afternoon coffee. The combination of chocolate and cherries, is the maximum delight for many of us. In addition to fresh fruit, which we can consume in quantities of up to 500 g per day, added to muffins, they taste fantastic.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons bicarbonate, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup cocoa, 2 cups flour, 1 cup unhydrogenated palm oil, pitted cherries.

Preparation mode: heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Mix the non-hydrogenated palm oil with the sugar in a bowl until a paste is made. We take turns placing the eggs. In another bowl, we mix flour, cocoa and food bicarbonate, a growth substance with no adverse effects. Over this combination we pour the mixture with sugar and mix slowly, then the milk. At the end we put half the cherries and stir for ten seconds.

Leave to cook for ten minutes, then fill the muffin shapes. It is good to use forms of oven-resistant ceramic muffins. It’s a premium material. Leave the muffins for about 20 minutes to bake. Have a good time!
