Negative thoughts are based on fear
The fear of the future can go from a simple thought, that it is possible that a rather small thing will not go well, to the anticipation of a personal catastrophe. Those who show fear have thoughts like, “What if I get sick and die?” or “What if things don’t go well?” or “What if I lose this client?” or “If my wife/husband leaves me?” or “If they fire me from work?” or “I’m not good enough and I’m sure I’ll fail, there’s no point in trying again.”
There are many questions that those who hide behind fear, as after a screen, automatically repeat without trying to get out of this situation. Negative thoughts, destroy optimism and amplify worry and frustration. These states enter the vibration of unhappiness, which attract results full of unhappiness. They are the biggest obstacles possible and prevent you from having a happy life.
Every man is surrounded by an atmosphere of thought. By this power, we are either attractive or repulsive. What is similar is attracted and… we attract exactly what we ourselves are into our minds.

The power of thought overcomes the fear of failure
Most negative thoughts are based on one of the following three fears: fear of failure, fear of rejection, and fear of the future. In whatever form it manifests itself, fear is toxic and then inevitably creates energy for a prophecy that will surely be fulfilled. There are many who believe that they are not successful and inevitably attract defeat.
Where do these emotions come from? Have you wondered what is the source of this powerful energy that we are constantly accessing? Any emotional experience has a source of stimulation. Any feeling of anger, suffering, depression, boredom or love, joy, enthusiasm or happiness have a seed, the thought that we express in the world through our cognitive power.
Positive, confident thoughts bring feelings of hope, while negative thoughts full of dissatisfaction bring feelings of despair. Positive thoughts and peaceful emotions bring positive results. Whatever situation we go through in life, it is good not to get stuck for a second in the old limiting patterns that we have taken over or that we have created for ourselves.
The dominant thoughts and the force of the emotions with which we manifest them, resonate with our energy field. This vibration transmits our signal into the Universe, determining everything we attract into life. When we are dissatisfied with what we attract it is good to work intensively with ourselves and modify our energy.
If negativism is the predominant energy of your thoughts, at least create your intention to at least let go of them. You can use the following statement: “I can free myself from this. I don’t have to think about it anymore. You may never have been taught to think positively, or perhaps the direction your mind takes depends on the situation you are in or the people you surround yourself with.
