Spring breakfast

Breakfast is the meal we shouldn’t miss. Make a healthy juice for breakfast, if time is pressing or you want to try a spring diet,full of vitamins and antioxidants so beneficial to our body. You can make more juice and drink throughout the day. This juice is rich in essential fats and energizing proteins, it is sweet and healthy.

We need: 1/2 banana, 2 large handfuls of spinach leaves, 150 ml coconut water, 1/2 mango fruit, without shell, without kernels and chopped, 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon agave nectar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ice cubes, for serving (optional).

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. We can optionally add ice cubes when serving this energizing juice.

This energizing juice has countless health benefits. Hemp seeds contain Omega 6 and Omega 3 essential fatty acids, which strengthen the health of body cells, many proteins, fats and antioxidants that combat inflammation in the body, caused by diseases or wounds.
