Healthy delights! What do we cook with the kids? Play cooking, there’s no end. A few delights prepared with the children are a good way to convince the little ones to join us in the kitchen. The fun will be great, and the food certainly… tastier.

Fish with vegetables and cream

This recipe is delicious and ensures the daily requirement of vitamins. In addition, the little ones can help you prepare it.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 finely chopped leek threads, 600 g diced potatoes, 1 liter vegetable soup, lemon peel, 300 ml milk, 300 g canned corn, 250 g diced salmon, 250 g white fish without bones, diced cut, 4 threads chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons cream, salt, pepper.

Preparation mode: heat the oil in a saucepan, put the leeks and heat them over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened but before turning brown. Put the potatoes in and heat for another two minutes. Pour in the vegetable soup, lemon zest, cover and leave for 15 minutes. With a foam, we take half the potatoes and leeks out on a plate and set them aside.

Put the remaining potatoes, leeks, saucepan soup and milk in a blender and mix until we get a paste. Put back in the saucepan, add the corn, fish, potatoes and leeks on the plate. Cover and leave on low heat for 4 minutes until the fish is done. Don’t boil. Put the green onion, cream and sauté with salt and pepper.

Ingredients: 280 g corn, 80 g flour, 2 teaspoons bicarbonate, 1 large egg, 150 ml milk, 450 ml natural yogurt, 1 chilli, finely chopped, butter for grease, salt, pepper.

Preparation mode: Heat the oven in the 4th step ( 180 degrees Celsius ). Butter a tray for the oven (preferably 25 cm x 16 cm). Mix the dough with the bicarbonate in a bowl and place with salt and pepper. In another bowl we mix the egg, milk, yogurt and chilli pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the one with the egg and stir gently. We don’t mix too much because the dough will harden. Pour the mixture into the tray and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden on the surface. The cake is served cut into cubes.
