The role of nutrients in cancer
Although progress has been made in understanding, diagnosing and treating cancer, this fearsome disease remains the second most important cause of mortality, after that related to cardiovascular disease. There are too few critical situations in life where prevention can bring such great results.

Research in this area is far from complete, there are many things we do not know about cancer, but there is concrete information that diets rich in antioxidant nutrients have a protective effect against internal and external toxins, which can trigger malignant transformations of cells.
Although there are many medications, it is still not very clear whether nutritional supplements can provide additional benefits. But there is other research on the role of nutrients in cancer. The role of natural vitamins, introduced into the diet in the form of juices, less processed food and without pesticides, strengthens our immune system. Very important is also spiritual nourishment and the way we think, because we all know our body can heal itself – Self-healing.
3 vitamins that prevent and cure cancer

Vitamin A, Carotenoids. Studies show that although people at high risk of getting cancer and given beta-carotene to progress for the better, three different studies were not able to show a benefit.
For people who smoke, men and women, as well as those exposed to asbestos poisoning, experiments showed that the beta-carotene administered did not provide any protection from lung cancer. Two other studies have actually shown a higher risk for those who have taken carotenoids.
Laboratory research has shown that vitamin A and the various forms of carotenoids can slow the progression of prostate, cervical, oral and skin cancer, but studies that have substantiated the benefits of supplements have not been compelling.

Lycopene, which is in the highest concentrations in tomatoes, is one of the most interesting carotenoids. This very powerful antioxidant seems to confer protection against prostate cancer, providing a good reason to consume tomatoes on a regular basis. The bottom line is to end up with a balanced and healthy diet, rich in carotenoids and in which we use nutritional supplements judiciously, for perfect health.
Vitamin E and cancer. Research has shown that vitamin E can reduce the incidence of various cancers. Daily administration of supplements of betacaroteneoids, vitamin E and selenium, showed significantly lower rates for cancer compared to those who followed other nutritional regimens. The conclusion was that vitamin E, protects against oral, pharyngeal and prostate cancer. The administration of daily doses, from this very powerful antioxidant, is essential for maintaining health, especially during youth.
Vitamin C. Like all antioxidant vitamins and vitamin C,it is a protector against cancer. There are countless studies showing that vitamin C can reduce the risk of cancer of the reproductive system in women, pharynx, digestive tract and respiratory system, but the extent to which these laboratory results are relevant to humans remains to be proven.

Vitamin C is well tolerated by the body even in very high doses, but there are many nutritionists who advocate for a daily dose higher than the 60 mg, currently recommended. All these recommendations are closely related to a lifestyle as close to nature, fresh air and lots of movement. And because life is movement, life is beautiful, it’s good not to complicate it with useless things! It is good to create a daily schedule at our own pace in which we include two types of deep, peaceful conscious rest and restful sleep. Let us feed our bodies with the healthiest food and especially to change our perception of our body and time.
