Recipe, Indian roast lamb
I propose a recipe for very delicious Indian lamb steak. The preparation of Indian lamb steak gives it a great taste. It is a recipe for 2 servings and we can prepare it in 20 minutes (at 200 degrees Celsius).
Ingredients for roast lamb
We need: 4 lamb chops, one tablespoon olive oil, one tablespoon broth, one tablespoon curry powder, 50 g g grated parmesan, salt, pepper.
We heat the oven to the fifth step (200 degrees Celsius). Mix the parmesan with the curry powder and the broth. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then pass them through the curry and parmesan mixture (so that the meat retains as much of this mixture as possible). Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chops for 2 minutes on each side.
Put the chops in a tray and leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes. We serve the roast lamb with a tomato salad and chopped parsley.
Tips: for a more spicy version of the steak we add to the mixture of parmesan and curry, cardamom, white pepper and paprika. And if we choose a Moroccan dinner with chops in the crust,we replace the curry powder with a spoonful of cardamom, 50 grams of corn and 50 grams of flour. Place the lamb with salt and pepper, then cover with the flour mixture. We respect the same steps as above. Serve the chops in crust, warm with paste, hummus and salad.
