Carpaccio recipe with curmal decoration
Carpaccio, is one of the most “in vogue” meat dishes, imported as a culinary custom from Italy. Carpaccio, is considered by specialists an aphrodisiac ingredient. I propose a simple but very refined recipe for an evening full of promises… next to a glass of wine.
Ingredients: 300 g carpaccio, 2 round cut onions, 10 g green pepper, 10 ml olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 20 g butter, 6 breadcrumbs (heat in the oven before serving), salt, ground pepper, a few curmals for decoration.
Beef carpaccio is served raw, on slices of toast, buttered or warm breadcrumbs. But beware, first marinate well in a thick sauce of oil, green pepper, red wine vinegar, sugar and other spices (busuioc, oregano, curry)! Tasty curmals sit next to the carpaccio.
