Recipe – mushroom salad with walnut
Preparation mode: wash and clean the mushrooms, then boil them in salted water. Let the mushrooms boil for about 20 minutes, then remove them and chop them into larger pieces. It’s good to drain the mushrooms from the excess water. The salad will be more appetizing if we break the walnut core by hand. Finely chop the parsley, put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Have a good time!
