Ingredients for juice: 1/2 lemon, without shell, 250 g black grapes, pitted, or 150 ml black grape juice, 250 g frozen berries, 1 teaspoon tahini (sesame paste), 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil.

Squeeze the lemon and grapes, then pour the juice and other ingredients into a blender. Add 125 ml and a half cup of water, then stir until smooth. This juice has countless health benefits: tahini contains a lot of calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and vitamin E, very useful for detoxifying the body. Berries and grapes are rich in antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals in the body.
