Pavlova blueberry recipe
I suggest that we prepare pavlova with blueberries together (you can choose any other berries). This simple recipe of pavlova with blueberries, can be an ideal dessert for family or friends.
Ingredients for pavlova with blueberries
We need: 4 larger egg whites, a little salt, 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar, 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, 1 cup whipped cream, one cup and a half blueberries (and more for decoration).
We heat the oven beforehand. Mix the egg whites, salt and vinegar in a bowl with the blender until it turns into a hard foam. Then mix 3/4 cup sugar and starch and gradually add the composition over the foam in the whites, stirring continuously until homogenized. Add the vanilla and stir until the cream is “stiff”.
Place the baking paper in a tray and place on it the composition that we portion beforehand with the spoon. Leave to bake for about 10 minutes, turn the heat down and leave in the oven for another hour. Do not remove the marshmallows immediately after they are baked, but leave them to cool in the oven for another hour, keeping the oven door slightly open.
In the meantime, combine the cream and the rest of the sugar. In another bowl, we crush the blueberries with a spoon to leave juice. We can then incorporate them into the cream or use them as toppings over marshmallows and whipped cream. We distribute the cream as evenly as possible and add the blueberries. Have a good time!
