Choose the perfect breakfast or lunch
Whether you choose the perfect lunch or a healthy breakfast,this recipe is ideal. I choose the perfect lunch, because it is healthy and extremely tasty. We need fresh cheese, radishes and garlic toast. We can use any kind of fresh, sweet cheese. We can serve it on a platter, or more spectacularly we can place the cheese on a natural wooden stand, alongside a bowl of radishes and slices of toast. We’ll only use extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients for perfect lunch or healthy breakfast
We need: 200 g fresh sweet cheese, a handful of fresh greens (mixture of parsley and mint or dill),3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 crushed garlic clove, a baguette (or any other type of bread on the hearth), 2-3 ties of radishes.
Place the cheese on a wooden stand (or plate, platter), place on top of the greens and then pour olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and a dust of ground black pepper.
Put the remaining garlic clove in the remaining olive oil and stir. Roast the slices of bread in the toaster, then grease each one with the oil in which we put the garlic. We clean and wash the radishes, cut them and place them in a bowl. Put the bread next to the cheese on the wooden stand and serve with the radishes. For me it’s the perfect lunch! Have a good time!
