Pollen strengthens the body

Pollen contains everything the body needs for a healthy life. Pollen is one of the most precious gifts that nature gives us, since without it the multiplication of flowering plants would not be possible. Pollen is the main food for beehive saplings and raw material for royal jelly, farms and waxes.

Pollen contains water, reducing sugars, non-reducing sugars, lipids, proteins, amino acids, ash, vitamins, all antibiotic groups (most are found in corn pollen), growth factor. It has antibacterial, toning, stimulating, anti-acneic properties, accelerates growth, balances the nervous system and regulates the functions of the intestines.

The selection of pollen is quite difficult. Polyflor pollen is easier to procure, is found commercially in natural form or in various preparations. It can be eaten with honey. I recommend that you purchase the products from I.C.D. Apiculture Bucharest, with all confidence.

The secret of pollen is that it is similar to the plants they come from. Children between 3 and 5 years old can be given 5-10 g per day. Children between 6 and 12 years old can receive between 10-15 g per day, and adults can take a dose of attack.

In people with major indications for such treatment, the dose is 30-40 g per day. For both healthy and suffering people, a maintenance dose of 16-20 g per day can be taken (one teaspoon of grated coffee with pollen=5 g, one tablespoon of grated dessert=10 g, one tablespoon of grated soup=15 g). You can make pollen cures. The most effective cure is the 45 days at the beginning of each season, or we can continue with 2-3 g, per day depending on suffering and tolerance.

Pasture – therapeutic value

Pasture is pollen preserved by bees after undergoing a certain transformation, which begins immediately after its deposition in cells. In the first weeks, after storage, pollen is subjected to fermentative biochemical processes, under the action of substances secreted by bees, microorganisms, high temperature (+35 degrees C) and increased humidity in the hive.

In conclusion, the pasture is an extremely valuable natural product from a therapeutic point of view. The trout consists of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral substances, K, and has a higher acidity. It has the same therapeutic properties and indications as pollen. It is given 10-15 g per day after meals. I recommend you also read the article “Honey 20 Therapeutic Indications“.
