Recipe of mashed potatoes with garlic and walnut

What could be tastier than a generous portion of mashed potatoes with garlic and walnut! This recipe can be prepared as a garnish or why not a dish, to which we can add a lettuce.

Ingredients: 750 grams potatoes for boiling, 750 grams courgettes, 8 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 5 crushed garlic cloves, 60 grams chopped nuts, 2 teaspoons white vinegar. Optional: tomato and parsleyslices, for ornare.

Preparation mode: clean the potatoes, cut cubes and boil in water with salt. Cut the pumpkin into slices lengthwise. Mix the flour with salt and pepper, wallpaper each slice of courgette and then gently fry in well-heated oil on both sides. Leave to drain on a paper towel and keep warm.

The boiled and well-scurred potatoes are passed, add the oil, spices, garlic, walnut and ocod. Reheat the puree and serve warm with slices of courgette. Optionally oroned with slices of tomato and parsley. Have a good time!
