Recipe: potatoes with walnut crust
I propose a recipe of potatoes with walnutcrust, very easy to prepare, tasty and nutritious.
Ingredients for 4 servings: 750 g baking potatoes, salt, nutmeg, 1 glass cream (250g).
For the crust: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 large chilli, green, 1 red chilli, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 50 g walnut kernels, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sea buckthornsyrup .
Preparation: we clean the potatoes from the shell, wash them, cut them thin slices and place layers in a greased (pudding) shape. Season with salt and grated nutmeg and then pour the cream over the potatoes. Bake in the hot oven of 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes (to penetrate well).

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. Mix the onions, the peppers with the breadcrumbs, the finely chopped walnuts, the lemon juice and the sea buckthorn syrup and spread the mixture over the potatoes. Return to the oven, allow to brown nicely and serve hot. Have a good time!
