Phosphate-based additives are meant to enhance the taste of a food, improve its texture and prolong its life. But on the other hand, they lead to premature aging, renal dysfunction and bone demineralization.

Because commercial assortments can contain dangerous amounts of antibiotics, you would say. Well, this is just the tip of the iceberg, experts warn us because animals are doused with antibiotics to combat infections that can occur as a result of eating food full of pesticides, artificial hormones and other toxic substances.

Of course, the risk of getting sick also increases as a result of the miserable conditions in which they live and which, through the stress they generate, because animals also have a soul, so they can be scared and stressed, which leads to an increase in the level of cortisone in the body. All these substances persist in their flesh even after they have passed the butcher’s knife, eventually reaching the plate.
