Eye health is very important

The health of the eyes and the body is very important to all of us. Adopting a healthy lifestyle must become our top priority, then the others come by themselves. Forget about commercially sweetened energy drinks! I propose a juice rich in energy antioxidants, full of vitamin C and carotene, with many proteins and healthy fats.

Health is the most beautiful and rich gift that nature knows how to make.


Ingredients for eye health:

2 oranges,without shell, 150 g pumpkin pie, without shell and without seeds, 15 g pecans,2 curmals , 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.

Squeeze the oranges and pumpkin. Pour the juice into a blender, along with the remaining ingredients and 150 ml of water, then stir until the juice becomes creamy.

This juice has countless health benefits. Pumpkin pie is rich in betacarotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, powerful antioxidants that protect eye health and have anti-inflammatory properties, due to which they are useful for joint disorders,including rheumatoid arthritis. This juice contains soluble fibers, for digestive health and reduces the risk of bowel cancer.

Health contributes to the appearance of positive feelings, just as the absence of anger and stress promotes the maintenance of health.
