Pudding recipe with cake
This recipe of pudding with cake, is a dessert of great days, in which chocolate and whipped cream give a great look and taste. The holiday meal will be more interesting, and for the children it will be a royal.
Ingredients for 8 servings: 75 g butter, soaked at room temperature, plus for greased the dish, 350 g cocoa cake, cut thick slices (1.5 cm), 25 g white chocolate, broken in pieces, 3 eggs, 200 ml liquid cream, 250 ml milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 50 g bitter chocolate, melted.
Preparation mode: butter a porcelain dish, resistant to the oven. Preheat the oven to 3/160 degrees Celsius. Grease the slices of cake with butter and place them in the dish, on top of each other, then sprinkle with white chocolate. Beat the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla and sugar. Pour over the slices and then sprinkle the sugar.
Place the dish in the bain marie and bake for 30-40 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes and then garnish with melted bitter chocolate. Serve with egg cream or whipped cream. Have a good time!
