Pumpkin and walnut tart recipe

I propose a simple recipe of pumpkin and walnuttart! Pumpkin is recognized for its therapeutic qualities, and nuts are an important supplier of proteins, fats and vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C), minerals (phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, iron) and fiber, essential for the immune system. Ingredients: 300 g plain biscuits, 10 tablespoons sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, 100 grams butter, 1 glass of milk, 300 grams walnuts, 500 grams pumpkin (shaved).

Preparation mode: for dough: finely grind the biscuits and walnuts. Mix the biscuits with 4 tablespoons of sugar, 50 grams of butter and a glass of lukewarm milk. We make a biscuit paste out of this dough and put it in the tart shape.

For the composition: we shave the pumpkin, it is also given through the blender to come out as a paste (optional), we mix it with the chopped walnuts, with 6 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and another 50 grams of butter. We put this composition over the biscuit dough. Garnish with walnuts and put everything in the oven for 40-50 minutes, until the pumpkin bakeswell. Serve cold! Have a good time!
