Recipes for sore throat, flu and bronchitis
These recipes for sore throats contain only natural ingredients. For their preparation it is good to use enameled or glass pots.
Recipe 1
Ingredients: a tablespoon of raspberry jam, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of vodka or cognac, half a lemon. Preparation: put all the ingredients in a cup (250 ml), squeeze the juice from the lemon and add boiling water until we fill the cup. Three teaspoons with small sips are given before bedtime.
Recipe 2
Ingredients: juice squeezed from a lemon, 100 g of honey. Preparation: mix the lemon juice with the honey. We take one teaspoon three times a day.
Recipe 3
Ingredients: 100 g of lime flowers, 100 g of raspberries, 1 liter of hot water. Preparation: pour hot water over the lime and raspberry flowers and leave 10-15 minutes to infused, then squeeze the drink. Drink 200 g of hot drink before bedtime for 2-3 days. We keep the drink in the fridge and heat it before use.
Recipe 4
Ingredients: half a cup of radish juice, half a cup of grated horseradish, half a cup of honey. Preparation: mix the ingredients well and set aside for three to four hours. Three times a day, two to three tablespoons for adults and one teaspoon for children. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
Recipe 5
Ingredients: 50 g of grated onion, 20 g of apple vinegar or wine, 60 g of honey. Preparation: pour the egg over the onions. Add the honey and stir everything, then leave for two hours, then squeeze. We take a teaspoon every half hour.
Recipe 6
Ingredients: 100 g of grated onion, 100 g of sugar crystals. Preparation: put the sugar over the onions and leave for an hour. Keep refrigerated. Take two teaspoons of onion juice three times a day.
Recipe 7
Ingredients: 100 g garlic, 100 g honey. Preparation: squeeze the juice from the garlic, mix with the honey, leave for 24 hours and squeeze. The juice obtained is placed in a 200 ml jar and refrigerated. Take one teaspoon three times a day before bedtime. After that, drink lukewarm water.
Treating sore throats, colds and coughs
Recipe 1
Ingredients: half a cup of milk, four or five figs. Preparation: put all the ingredients in a pot and boil for 5-10 minutes, then let cool. Drink the milk with small sips, and the figs are eaten before bedtime. Repeat therapy three to four times if the cough persists.
Recipe 2
Ingredients: half a cup of honey, half a cup of dry red wine, 10-15 g of garlic. Preparation: pour the wine over the honey and mix well. Clean and crush the garlic. Take a small amount of garlic before bedtime and drink the wine that has been slightly heated.
Recipe 3
Ingredients: 200 g unsalted butter, 200 g lard, 200 g honey, 200 g cocoapowder , 15 yolks. Preparation: mix all ingredients and heat to boiling point over low heat for 30-40 minutes, then let cool. Store in the fridge. Take one teaspoon with half a cup of hot milk, three times a day. Drink with small sips. It should work in 5-7 days.
Recipe 4
Ingredients: two tablespoons of boiled milk, hot, two tablespoons of cognac. Preparation: mix the ingredients. Use half an hour before meals, three times a day. It is not good to stay in the cold after this, do not let the body cool. Use until you heal.

Ingredients: 0.33 liters of beer and a spoonful of honey. Preparation: put the ingredients in an enamelled pot and simmer for five minutes. Drink warm, with small sips, twice a week.
Recipes for prevention during influenza epidemics
In the event of a flu epidemic, onions and garlic occupy the first places in all popular recipes, for prevention. They should be eaten or chewed for 2-3 minutes, preferably before bedtime (of course we also clean your teeth).
To prevent infection it is good to drink hot tea with lemon (or raspberry jam) or warm milk with honey (one tablespoon per cup), as often as possible.
Squeeze an onion into a small bowl and smell the juice for two to three minutes, two to three times a day.
Finely chop a head of garlic and mix with an equal amount of honey (lime honey is the best). Take a spoon before bedtime and drink a little lukewarm water.
Finely chop an onion, pour 0.5 litres of hot milk over it and keep in a warm place. Drink hot, half before bedtime and half in the morning.
Pour a cup of hot water over two tablespoons of dried raspberries (or 100 g of fresh raspberries). Leave for 10-15 minutes, add a spoonful of honey and mix well. It is eaten warm, before bedtime, to stimulate sweating.
