The Christmas meal should also include roast pork pulp with browned crust. I’ve prepared a delicious recipe for you! The festive holiday meal is a fire test for any woman who wishes to spoil her family and guests. All in an atmosphere full of style and refinement. Christmas dinner will be just the way you want it! The roast recipe of pork pulp, is a main course not lacking at the holiday table.

Ingredients for 8 servings: 1.8 kg pork chops with notched rinds, 1 tablespoon apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon coarse salt.

For the icing: 1/2 teaspoon ienibahar, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons oregano, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Bake for 30 minutes. Then we lower the temperature to 3/160 degrees Celsius and continue to keep in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Let the steak sit for 30 minutes before serving and serving. Thus, the juices inside will have time to distribute evenly and the meat will become tender and juicy.
