Salmon recipe with vegetables
I propose a recipe for salmon with vegetables. It’s a great way to make salmon,with a garnish of green vegetables, to which we can add, why not new potatoes that bring the recipe an added flavor. The salmon vegetable recipe is sophisticated and healthy ideal for both a healthy lunchand an unforgettable dinner.
Ingredients: 750 g new potatoes, peeled and cut thin slices, 750 g green peas and green beans (frozen mixture), 3 tablespoons olive oil, juice from a lemon, a handful mint leaves, 4 salmon fillets (about 140 g each), salt, pepper.
Preparation mode: put the potatoes to boil in a bowl of water. After the first 4 minutes of boiling, add the pea and green bean mixture. Leave to boil until all vegetables become soft. Put in a mixer the lemon juice, mint leaves and olive oil. Mix until we get a dressing room.
Place the pieces of salmon in a heatproof dish, pour over the dressing, add salt, pepper and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Put the dish in the oven until the salmon is lightly browned.
Drain the vegetables, then place them on a platter. Place the pieces of fish on top, along with the sauce in the baking bowl. It’s going to be a hell of a meal! Have a good time!
