Recipe – spicy lamb meatballs
I propose a recipe for spicy lamb meatballs. Prepare quickly, with special spices, in about 35 minutes. These spicy lamb meatballs will be a more than delicious start to the upcoming meal… They’re as savory as entrées.
Ingredients for spicy lamb meatballs
We need: 500 g minced lamb, 12 tablespoons sunflower oil, one chopped onion, one teaspoon grated ginger, one teaspoon peppercorns, one teaspoon ground star anise, one teaspoon hot paprika, one handful frozen peas, one beaten egg, salt, pepper.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, heat the onions with the ginger, garlic and spices for 5 minutes, then put them in a bowl to cool.
Mix the peas with the lamb and the hardened onion with the spices, add the egg and season with salt and a little pepper. We form 12 meatballs from the mixture. At this stage we can freeze the composition even a month. Heat the remaining oil and fry the meatballs for 4 minutes on each side or until they are ready. We can serve meatballs alongside a peppery fennel salad and carrots or sweet-spicy vegetable curry. Have a good time!
