Celery juice has unsuspected qualities
Celery is an aromatic medicinal plant, as is parsley, dill or lovage. It contains 83% water and is very rich in minerals and salts of sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin C, A, B1, B2, microelements, iodine, magnesium, manganese, copper. Celery has a tonic effect invigorating the whole organism. Regardless of the proposed goal, health or the elimination of extra kilos, it is good to include in the daily diet the juices of fruits and vegetables.
I propose to try a juice that will energize you on the days when you want to eat easier. Along with celery, we add pears and fennel, an excellent combination for our health. It helps digestion, reduces fluid retention, soothes the effects of bloating.
Ingredients: 3 stalks of celery, 1/2 bulb of fennel, 1/2 cucumber, sage leaves, oregano, 2 pears, Worcestershire sauce or Tamari soy sauce. We squeeze all the ingredients, pour the juice into the glasses and add a little of the spicy sauce, to taste (optional).
Health benefits. Oregano is one of the richest plants in antioxidants, protecting four times more than the same amount of blueberries. Due to its antimicrobial effects, oregano destroys harmful bacteria, viruses and fungi, being extremely beneficial for the health of the respiratory system.
Pearls are recognized for their therapeutic value in terms of digestion, by laxative action. They have diuretic and depurative action, being recommended in rheumatic diseases, arthritis and gout. Cucumber juice is diuretic, depurative and helps dissolve uric acid, extremely useful in uric lithiasis, gout and arthritis.
A few simple changes in our diet will bring many health benefits. Let’s not forget to also include a regular detoxification treatment and physical exercise or walking in nature that keep us in maximum shape. To look and feel great!
