Ingredients for sweet-spicy vegetable curry:
We need: one tablespoon sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons curry paste, one tablespoon brown sugar, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2 sliced courgettes, 300 g cauliflower (undone the logs), 400 ml broth, 400 g canned chickpeas, 250 g spinach, salt, pepper.
