To maintain a youthful appearance and to keep us a clear white of the eyes and a velvety twinkle there are simple natural remedies. Every day it is good to drink 50 g of turnip juice.

To prevent eye shrinkage with aging, we eat your little fingers before bedtime. As we get older we can suffer from hypermetropy and need glasses. We can prevent this by massaging our index fingers, each three minutes a day.

For the prevention of wrinkles there are natural remedies at our fingertips: we mix an egg yolk, a spoonful of glycerin and a spoonful of honey. We use this mixture, every morning and evening, as a face mask.

Another recipe for wrinkles: we shave a lemon with all the peel and mix it with 100 g of honey, in a glass dish. We use this face mask once a day for 10-15 minutes.

Another antiagingremedy : mix 100 g of honey with 100 g of heated vodka in a glass bowl. We heat a little and use the mixture as a face mask once a day for 15 minutes.

Another recipe: boil a link of parsley in 0.5 l of water for 30 minutes, leave at room temperature for 30 minutes, squeeze, pour into a jar and close hermetically. Store the jar in a dark place for 2 days. With this content we rub our faces every morning and evening. We’re not rinsing!

Recipe: we cut well 100 g of turnips and put them in a pot, over which we pour boiled water and boil for another 15 minutes. We take off the heat and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Squeeze the contents and mix with a spoonful of lemon juice, then store in a dark place. With this lotion we wash our face every morning and evening.
