Tuna recipe with oranges
Tuna is a premium quality fish that we can consume all year round. I chose this recipe of tuna with oranges as the inspiration for a special meal. Tuna contains excellent quality protein and fat, so it’s worth introducing it at least once a week to our menu. Let’s get started!
Ingredients for tuna with oranges: 4 tablespoons olive oil, one onion, one orange, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons orange juice, one gingerroot , one teaspoon natural curry, 4 large slices of tuna, orange slices for decoration.
Preparation mode: in a Teflon pan we put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and finely chopped onions. We draw the onions in the oil, very little to keep the active substances in the vegetable. Add curry, ginger root cut into small cubes, orange juice and tomato juice.
It is good to buy fresh slices of tuna, of the right size or buy small fish, which we prepare in full. Season the tuna slices with pepper and place them in a thick Teflon pan on both sides. Add the coarse sea salt to the top. The tone is held for about 2 minutes on one side. At the end, pour a little orange juice, then put the tuna over the onion mixture. Decorate the plates with orange slices as desired and the table is ready. Have a good time!
