What milk do you choose?

Milk is rich in calcium

We cannot deny that milk is rich in calcium, the necessary element for bone development. Vegetables and fruits such as: nuts, cabbage, carrots, beets or poppy seeds, contain more calcium in a form easier to absorb, in an ideal proportion with other ingredients.

Milk also contains animal fat and as we know increases cholesterol levels, the main cause of heart disease and circulation problems. This is the main reason why milk is skimmed. However, the natural proportion of ingredients is destroyed during the degreasing process.

The assimilation of this milk interferes with our body’s ability to administer calcium-phosphorus reserves in a balanced way. As a result, our ability to absorb calcium decreases. Low calcium absorption is the main cause of future osteoporosis.

Products such as whole milk, cheese, etc. are different, we can safely consume them in small quantities and are extremely beneficial when they contain natural fats. They are especially recommended for children and the elderly. These foods contain bacteria beneficial to most processes in our body.

Non-digestible milk case

Surely many of us know that no mammal on this planet, other than humans, consumes milk in adulthood. The difference between human and cow’s milk is the high casein content of the last. Cazein is a protein that the calf needs to have hooves and horns. The calf consumes milk only in the first six months of life. People don’t have hooves and horns, why would they need so much casein?

Most of the time we consume more protein than our body needs. The large intestine contains a special bacterium capable of synthesizing proteins from carbohydrates contained in plant-based foods, if the intestinal microflora is healthy.

Our body contains all the elements in Mendeleev’s painting and all the chemical compounds it needs, even if only 40% of them are supplied through food. Our body has a perfect chemical laboratory, created by nature and has the ability to do a lot of things, from the sitetization of amino acids to the production of health formulas.

Milk casein is broken down in the stomach by the clot. Children aged one to two years already have hair and nails, so they no longer need casein. Their digestive system no longer produces a clot, and casein becomes indigestible.

Indigestible casein is the cause of various swellings on our body, forms kidney stones, blocks blood vessels and deforms the fingers. Other undigested ingredients in cow’s milk accumulate in the form of mucous substances in tissues and tendons.

Mucus is a substance full of disease-causing bacteria. Biotherapists consider cow’s milk to be the source of mucous substances in our body throughout our lives. Those who consume cow’s milk are much more exposed to diseases such as: flu, cold, asthma, bronchitis and more.

Today’s milk is harmful, especially to children, because of environmental pollution. Milk calcium is always found accompanied by radioactive-90 stronium. Its molecular structure is similar to that of calcium, only larger.

When the strontia-90 enters our body, its molecules replace the calcium molecules in the bone system. That’s why those who drink milk have enlarged limbs, especially the fingers and toes, and suffer from dysfunction of the hip and knee joints.

Drinking or not drinking?

All the arguments I have put forward will not convince those for whom milk and dairy products constitute a large part of the diet. It is true, it is not easy to get rid of a lifelong addiction. If we can’t give up milk, it’s good to switch to goat’s milk. It has a low casein and fat content and resembles human milk in its contents.

Those who continue to drink cow’s milk, should be prepared for symptoms such as: intestinal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, severe pain of bones and wrists, etc. So the decision is yours alone: “drink or not drink?”.
