Mr. Stephane Oprea, had this fantastic inspiration when he chose this wonderful place. He was kind enough to tell us a few words about the business he runs with a lot of professionalism and involvement. Mr. Oprea is the president of the Association Auguste Escoffier’s Disciples in Romania, part of the Institute Culinaire Disciples Escoffier, owner of restaurants in both France and Romania. With that I said quite a lot and I understood the exigency and determination with which he puts everything into practice for the customer’s comfort.
Mr. Stephane Oprea works with passion and always wants to see people happy. He told us that many of those who participate in private or corporate events return to the location on the occasion of other events. The secret is the use of quality ingredients and traditional recipes inspired by French and international cuisine, to obtain tasty and healthy dishes. It’s one of the things I appreciated when I talked to him, he emphasizes healthy ingredients, because he likes what he does and he always puts himself in the customer’s shoes.
