Tibetan remedy garlic juice

Garlic juice therapy is an incredible remedy for the health of the body. The garlic juice recipe has been used since ancient Greece, being an excellent remedy for increasing appetite, improving digestion, beneficial for the respiratory system and preventing colds. Garlic juice is also beneficial for headaches and insomnia, causes shrinkage, cleanses the throat and reduces pain.

This recipe with garlic juice, was found in 1971 by a UNESCO team in a monastery in Tibet, dating back to the 4th to 5th century BC. This type of garlic extract, is called the “elixir of youth”, rightly so.

Garlic juice cleanses the accumulated fat in the body, eliminates insoluble calcium, greatly improves metabolism, cleanses blood vessels, prevents infarction, arteriosclerosis and paralysis, removes the feeling of noise from the head, improves vision and regenerates the entire body.

In the case of chronic insomnia, it is enough to drink 100 ml of boiled water mixed with a teaspoon of honey and juice from a garlic clove for a few days, to return to the usual sleep schedule. In case of severe toothache, we squeeze a clove of garlic, put it on the left wrist and wrap it with a dressing, for 3-5 minutes.

Garlic contains at least two effective natural antibiotics against 30 types of disease-causing bacteria. Phytochemical substances in garlic can completely stop the processes of putrefaction and fermentation in the intestines. Garlic contains germanium, which effectively fights against heart disease and disorders of blood vessels.

Dysbacteriosis, degeneration of the microflora of the large intestine, a disorder affecting 90% of children and adults, can be completely cured by consuming this garlic sauce for only two weeks.

Garlic juice therapy – recipe

For the garlic juice recipe, we need 350 grams of fresh, peeled and crushed garlic, which we put in a jar in which we add 200 ml of vodka with at least 40% alcohol. We close the jar tightly and put it back cool for ten days. Be careful, however, not to be stored in the refrigerator.

After the ten days, we squeeze the pulp and put the liquid in a jar that we keep in a dark place for another four days. Now the garlic juice is ready and we can start therapy according to the following dosage:

After these eleven days, continue to take 25 drops three times a day until you finish the garlic juice. Each quantity should be taken with 50 ml plain yogurt or kefir. We all know that garlic has a very strong smell, and more than some dislike it. The best way to get rid of the smell is to chew parsley, dill,lemon or orange peel. This garlic juice therapy is used once a year. Good health!
