Moroccan-style marinated tuna recipe

Moroccan-style marinated tuna can be the ideal choice for a festive meal or a special dinner. The moroccan-style marinated tuna recipe is for 4 servings, and the preparation time is 30 minutes plus 20 minutes of marinating time.

Ingredients for marinated tuna in Moroccan style

4 x 200 g tuna fillets with a thickness of 2.5 cm, a link parsley, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, ground cumin, hot paprika, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 150 ml extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.

Preparation mode

Put the parsley, garlic, spices, lemon juice in a blender and process. Gradually add the olive oil until you get a creamy sauce. Put the sauce away.

Place the tuna fillets in a non-metallic dish and cover them with two-thirds of the sauce. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.

We’re heat up the grill. Remove the excess sauce from the fillets, place with salt and pepper, then fry for 5-7 minutes on each side. We can add a garnish of new potatoes, over which we put the rest of the sauce. For a Moroccan taste we can combine the potatoes with melted butter, paprika and chopped coriander. Have a good time!
