The Christmas meal should also include roast pork pulp with browned crust. I’ve prepared a delicious recipe for you! The festive holiday meal is a fire test for any woman who wishes to spoil her family and guests. All in an atmosphere full of style and refinement. Christmas dinner will be just the way you want it! The roast recipe of pork pulp, is a main course not lacking at the holiday table.

Ingredients for 8 servings: 1.8 kg pork chops with notched rinds, 1 tablespoon apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon coarse salt.
