Ideal pears in the daily diet

Most of the time we consume pears in compotes or caramelized desserts and extremely rarely in their natural form. Pears are full of phytonutrients, trace elements and amino acids such as valine, histidine, threonine and lysine. These elements are essential to eliminate many toxic substances from the body, to stabilize blood glucose being especially good in those who suffer from cirrhosis because it helps purify the liver.

Pears help digestion and are recommended in diets to eliminate extra pounds. They act as an antispasmodic, soothing the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestinal ones. It helps prevent intestinal and stomach cancer by reducing harmful acids and pathogens such as Helicobacter pylori. Therefore we have reasons to introduce pears into our lives for the countless benefits.

These wonderful fruits contribute to the regeneration of the pancreas. Therefore for the healing and protection of the pancreas it is good to consume pears. Abundant and unhealthy diets, emotions and soul wounds, fear of abandonment, fear of unfulfillment and many other stresses are taken over by the pancreas and this is how the imbalances that make us sick appear.

Here are some symptoms that can be relieved by consuming the valuable fruits: increased cholesterol, lazy liver, bloating, gas, constipation, gastric discomfort, acid reflux, food allergies, inflammations of the pancreas and appendix. Therefore, those who suffer from pancreatitis, liver cancer, diabetes, food poisoning, gastroesophageal reflux, helicobacter pylori infection, Echerichia coli, Salmonella, Streptococci, molds, hepatitis, migraines, can correct this situation by eating pears.

Negative emotions most often appear when imbalances appear in our organism. The overworked pancreas and liver are the basis of such emotions as: frustration, irritation, restlessness. Pears are valuable due to their undeniable therapeutic properties. A hard and crunchy pear contains fiber that reduces bad cholesterol, eliminating mucus and other waste products from the intestinal tract. Slices of hard pears go great in salads. Soft and juicy fruits have a high glucose content and are digested very easily. We can introduce them in smoothie for breakfast alongside other greens or fruits.

We can consume them just as well at lunch and in the evening shortly before dinner. They reduce the appetite and tone the stomach being the most wonderful dessert. And because we all like desserts, I propose an extremely healthy and tasty one, with pears of course.

For the cold winter days I propose a wonderful dessert with vanilla and cinnamon flavor. An extremely easy dessert to prepare, where you still put that his fragrance will fill the whole house. It is a healthy dessert for children and adults in equal measure. A fantastic combination of tasty pears soaked in maple syrup and sprinkled with freshly roasted nuts to which we sprinkle cinnamon and a vanilla powder in abundance, which can be more comforting. Of your choice for a sophisticated look and taste you can add a chocolate sauce.

Ingredients: we need 4 pears, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, half cup of chopped nuts , cinnamon. We preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. We cut the pears in half and place them with the part cut up in the pan. We sprinkle the pears with the maple syrup, put the nuts on top of the pears, sprinkle the cinnamon and vanilla to taste. We leave them in the oven for 30 minutes, until they soften. We serve them warm. Enjoy!
