Almond tart can be served at the end of a meal or with a coffee with family or friends. It is a tart with blackberry jam (or other fruits of your choice) and cream made from mascarpone cheese, lemon and natural yogurt. Almonds give the special taste!

This wonderful desert comes from northern Italy, specifically from the former kingdom of Piedmont. It will fill you with delight, this dream cake!

Ingredients for Almond, blackberry and pannacotta cream tart:

1 cup flour, grated zest of a lemon, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup sugar ( 50 g ), 5 tablespoons milk, 1 egg yolk.

Ingredients for filling:

1/2 pack of butter ( 100 g ), 1 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup crushed almonds, 3 tablespoons flour, juice of two lemons, 1 jar of blackberry jam.

For Pannacotta Cream:

1 box mascarpone cheese ( 250-300 g ), 1 glass yogurt ( 150 g ), 3 tablespoons brown sugar, juice of a lemon.

Preparation time: 1 hour and 50 minutes. To prepare the pannacotta cream, put the mascarpone cheese, yogurt, sugar and half the lemon juice in a bowl and stir until it has a thin and homogeneous consistency. Cover the bowl and set aside.

We’re making the dough. Add the flour and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Add the grated lemon zest, butter, sugar and continue to stir. Pour in the milk and yolk. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes

Place the dough on a flour-covered surface. We put baking paper in a tart shape. put the dough in shape and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes. We heat the oven to the fourth step (180 degrees Celsius). Leave the tart in the oven for 15 minutes until it’s golden. We take the tart out of the oven and leave it to cool.

To prepare the filling, pass the butter and sugar through a kitchen robot. We add the egg, stirring continuously. Then add the almonds, flour and lemon juice. We’re mixing again. Fill the dough evenly with almond cream. We choose only the blackberries from the sweetness (no syrup). Add the blackberries on top. Leave in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden. Almond tart, blackberries and pannacotta cream is served warm!

Have a good time!
