Creamy Smoothie with apricots and peaches
Beauty first! I recommend a creamy smoothie with seasonal fruits, energizing, fragrant and healing for our skin. Because it’s peach and apricotseason, I’d like to take advantage, so I’ve prepared a pleasant smoothie recipe with a wonderful taste. We are getting ready for the holiday and we have to look good!
Smoothie Ingredients
We need: 2 fresh, pitted apricots, 1 small peach, no kernels, 150 g pineapple, no shell, 115 g of soft tofu, 1 teaspoon of lecithin granules, 1 teaspoon of omega 3/6/9 oil mixture or flaxseedoil.
Squeeze the pineapple and pour the juice along with the other ingredients into a blender. Stir until the smoothie becomes homogeneous and creamy.
